TPSODL Launches “Project Samadhaan’’ as a one stop solution for Customers

 Berhampur, 13 May 2022: TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL), the joint venture between Tata Power and Odisha Government for power distribution in Southern Odisha has launched “Project SAMADHAAN” as a ONE STOP SOLUTION for customers with a mission to reach the consumers and solve their electricity billing related issues. Under this project, the company has planned to set up village wise camps at each Sub-Division and provide a range of services to the customers.

This initiative is launched with a focus to reach rural masses and solve their issues at their place. People will not have to go anywhere for solving their electricity bill issues. The company aims to increase their customer reach for quick resolution of grievances. The camps, planned to be set up at each sub division, will ensure a gamut of services such as spot reading-based bills and duplicate bill generation, spot collection of arrear amount, regularisation of unmetered connections, guidance for availing new connection and updating contact details.
