The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) team on Sunday arrested Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s 23-year-old son Aryan khan and seven others following a raid at a party held on a Goa-bound cruise liner Saturday night. Khan has been booked for the consumption of charas.
Out of the eight arrested, Aryan and his friend Arbaz Merchant as well as Munmun Dhamecha were produced in court and remanded in NCB custody till Monday. Dhamecha is said to be the daughter of a businessman from Madhya Pradesh, and Merchant is the son of a timber businessman.
The other five people – Nupur Satija, Ishmeet Chadha, Mohak Jaiswal, Gomit Chopra and Vikrant Chhokar were arrested later on Sunday and will be presented in court on Monday.

NCB sources have said that after Aryan’s arrest, as a part of the legal procedures, the bureau made him speak to his father, Shah Rukh Khan, over the telephone and both of them spoke for two minutes.
Throughout the interrogation, Aryan cried inconsolably.
NCB officials have also said that during the questioning it was revealed that Aryan Khan has been consuming drugs for the past 4 years.
Aryan along with seven others were arrested by NCB on sunday after the officials busted a rave party aboard a luxury cruise on the Mumbai sea on saturday night.
As per the arrest memo of the NCB, 13 grams of cocaine, five grams of MD, 21 grams of charas and 22 pills of ecstasy and INR 1.33 lakh were seized during the raid on Mumbai cruise ship.
Aryan Khan has been booked under section 27 that is punishment for consumption of any narcotic drug or psychotropic substance, 8C produce and manufacture possesss, sell or purchase of drugs and other relevat provisions of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic substances act (NDPS)
