CBSE Class 12 Results Announced, Pass Rate At Record-Breaking 99.37%

A new attendance module was rolled out for class 11, 12 students in Odisha.

The CBSE has released the class 12 result today, July 30, at cbseresults.nic.in. 14 lakh students await their fate as the result went live on the CBSE website today. The mark sheets will be available to download at cbse.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in. Students can get their mark sheets from the Digi locker facility at digilocker.gov.in.

The board has achieved a record high pass percentage as almost all students(99.37%) have cleared class 12 results. Of the 1304561 candidates who registered for the exam, as many as 1296318 have cleared it.

On the other news, it has been revealed that girls have done better than boys by 0.54%. In what can be called as a record-breaking feat, the pass percentage among girls is at 99.67% while among boys it is at 99.13%. Even though the results for both girls and boys is over 99%, girls have performed slightly better (0.54%) than boys.

While 11.51% of students got 90% and above, 5.37% of students gave got more than 95% marks in CBSE.

The class 12 CBSE results are based on the performance of students in class 12 internals, class 10 finals, and class 11 finals. The formula was finalized by the board for this year and a new assessment formula has been created for the 2022 batch as well.
