1) Hold Your Breathe:

Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4, breathe out for 4 and hold for 4. Repeat this three times taking in more air each time. This will help to get relax, think and figure out the problems

2) Busy Your Mind:

Music positively affects the right side of the brain, which controls the body’s healing processes. Studies have shown that pop music, is ranked first in relieving pain, followed by classical and rock music! Boosts concentration: If meditating or yoga is too tedious for you, this therapy will help your brain get into a meditative state.

Dumb action movies are a fantastic distraction. Nothing that gets you emotional or has you thinking. You can also start a series on Netflix or any other OTT platform. This will take you to another zone. Some movies/web series with strong messages change our perception and some inspire us to deal with things in a better approach.

3) Take a mental break:
