Before visiting your bank branch in August, make a list of crucial days when banks will be closed.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has announced that some banking operations would be stopped on certain days in August 2021, however internet banking will continue to operate. However, it should be noted that bank holidays vary by state and are not always followed by all financial institutions. Banking holidays are also dependent on state-specific festivities or notifications of special events in various states.
